We do believe that our borders will be open in April 2021, and the tour will be able to continue as planned below. It might be possible that C the World might have to make small changes with the planned itinerary depending on the circumstances with Covid 19 closer to departure date.

We will always put the safety and health of our clients first.

If the tour is cancelled due to Covid 19, you will not be held accountable for any loss of funds for the tour package as advertised by C the World. C the World may however issue vouchers for future travel with C the world as compensation. 24 September 2021 - Johannesburg to Istanbul
Check in with your tour manager in Johannesburg at Oliver Tambo airport around 15:00. After check in we depart Johannesburg to Istanbul on a direct flight with Turkish Airlines. (Dinner on board flight)
25 September 2021 - Istanbul
An early arrival in Istanbul after clearing customs and collecting our luggage. We will depart to the hotel to drop our luggage. (Please note: an early check in will be requested but will not be guaranteed) Walk the streets of Istanbul at your own pace and make sure to get a good night`s rest, because tomorrow the sightseeing starts! (Breakfast on board flight)
26 September 2021 - Istanbul
After breakfast it’s time to explore Istanbul, the only city in the world to span 2 continents. We will visit the famous Blue Mosque, the Aya Sofya, Topkapi Palace and the hippodrome with our local Turkish guide. (Breakfast)
27 September 2021 - Istanbul to Canakkale
We depart Istanbul and visit one of the most emotionally touching places in Turkey, the WW1 Battlefields of Gallipoli, Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair memorials, ANZAC cove, the nek, Johnston’s jolly as well as the original trenches and tunnels. We continue to our hotel in Canakkale and enjoy dinner together as a group. (Breakfast, Dinner)
28 September 2021 - Canakkale to Troy to Kusadasi
Today we visit another highlight of Turkey, the famed Trojan Horse at Troy. We continue to the magnificent acropolis of Pergamum with the impressive temples and library. (Breakfast, Dinner)
29 September 2021 - Ephesus
Another day full of history as we take a guided tour of Ephesus and we visit the Temple of Artemis and the theatre. We continue to the former Greek village of Sirince, which is famous for fruit wines. Turkey has a long tradition for carpet weaving, and we visit a carpet village where we learn how the carpets are made by hand and what determines the value of the carpets. We return to our hotel at Kusadasi and enjoy dinner. (Breakfast, Dinner)
30 September 2021 - Kusadasi to Pamukkale
Start the day with a wonderful display of locally hand-crafted leather goods. We then continue to the impressive white calcium terraces, which is locally known as Travertines. At Pamukkale, we also tour the ancient city of Hierapolis. You will have the opportunity to swim in the hot springs that were used in Roman times for their therapeutic powers. We continue to our 5* hotel in Pamukkale, and enjoy dinner. (Breakfast, Dinner)
1 October 2021 - Pamukkale to Cappadocia
We travel down the ancient silk road of Turkey as we visit the Sultanhani Caravansary and the Mevlana museum in Konya. Tonight, you have an optional traditional folklore evening which always proves to be a highlight on the tour. (Breakfast, Dinner)
2 October 2021 - Cappadocia
Be amazed at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia through the Goreme Valley open-air museum and the fairy chimneys. You will also have the opportunity to explore the many levels of the underground city. (Breakfast,Dinner)
3 October May 2021 - Cappadocia to Istanbul
A free morning in Cappadocia for you to explore. Around 11:00 we make our way to the airport for our flight to Istanbul. (Breakfast)
4 October 2021 - Istanbul to Johannesburg
A free day to explore the sights of Istanbul. Around 22:30 we make our way to the airport for our flight back to Johannesburg. (Breakfast,Dinner on board flight)
5 October 2021 - Johannesburg
An early morning arrival in Johannesburg around 10:20 AM. Say goodbye to new friends made and take a lifetime of memories back home.(Breakfast on board flight)
